Bought this for my son’s 2nd birthday. He’s a bit on the taller end (37″ tall) and as a motodad I wanted to introduce him to powered riding. Took him a couple months to warm up to it but now he’s happy to ride it around the back yard through my leaf piles….
If you’re competent with a screw driver or understand the most basic of mechanics this is an incredibly easy build.
Cons: Foot “throttle” I would have preferred something on the handlebar either a twist throttle, or a button (he had ridden a 6V smaller version with a handle bar power button)
Tires, they’re made of plastic so occasionally they slip along the grass, or concrete/asphalt in places a rubber tire wouldn’t. Even just a rubber strip in the center of the tire would help.
Pros: Battery life. The battery lasted pretty good for the first couple of months while he wasnt fully riding it. Now that he’s doing more than 2 minutes at a time I think its got some good battery life, only really charging it once a week.
Multi-speed buttons. great for the 2 year old just learning how to ride, and then was able to unlock the higher speed for the neighbor boy to ride around the yard.
Power: The max weight called out is a bit on the low side. Its probably just in terms of parts wear and tear, but my 150lb wife was able to ride this thing across the yard in the low power setting.

Bought this for a new 3-year-old. Awesome power wheel. I like the removable (with a screw) button cover that “locks out” the high-speed button. We made him get used to operating the vehicle before giving him access to that extra power. He has used it for 2+ hours straight, consistently, and it has never ran out of power. I diligently follow the charging guidelines for the battery. Things that I didn’t like. The plastic wheels are loud and don’t have great traction on hills. It would be more cool with functional head lights, which a lot of knock-off brands offer. The rear axle is indeed a little too long, but using 3 plastic zip ties between the wheel and the guard fixed it 100%. There is a youtube video that shows how to wrap the plastic wheels with 12.5″ BMX tires. I did it, and it solved all of my noise/traction problems. This car really is awesome. Probably the best money I’ve spent.

Mon tout ptit de 18 Mois Adore en faire 🙂 Il a fallu rajouté un ring de métale pour les roues arrières car il y avait trop d espaces et ça faisait débarquer la roue de son emplacement. Belle siZe et va jusqua 65lbs donc entre 3 et 7 ans mais Mon ptit 18 mois téméraire le contrôle assez bien et touche ben juste la pédale 🙂 Contente de Mon achat Petit Garçon très heureux et le cap Lock est bien pensé pour empêcher les plus petit dutilisé la vitesse supérieur 🙂

Perfect for my kid. He’s about 44 inches high and weight about 45 pounds. The only problem has been reported many times before by other consumer and it’s the lenght of the rear wheels shaft that is a bit too long.

I am hoping you can help us with this item. Beautiful & worked fine at first but the last 2 weeks we are having issues. The yellow forward but & red reverse buttons seem to stick. You have to push repeatedly before they activate. The drive system is also acting up. The wheel spins pull apart & wheel turns but does not move unit as wheel separates from spline. We constantly have to lift unit realign spline system for it to teen gage. Grandson gets so upset & we constantly be around in order to fix. Please help us with this product. Thanks

This is the second vehicle I have bought. My 2 granddaughters love them…hours of riding fun.
Very easy to assemble, instructions are straight forward. I assembled the second one in less than 45 minutes. Putting the decals on was a lot of fun, we had a blast, then enjoyed trekking around the front yard and driveway.
When ridden on a smooth surface the battery lasts about 1-11/2 hours, if solely riding on grass a little less.
Operation is easy and safe as my granddaughter, soon to be 5, likes to holler “I’m going on turbo” (green button control), You’ll understand when you get yours.

Good little ride on toy for outdoors. Only driven on grass and works well. There is a case protector to prevent your child from putting it into fast mode. We used slow mode for about 2 weeks and now that we saw our child was getting bored of slow mo we let her try the fast mo and yes it does go fast but it’s not to fast. Happy with our purchase.

This ATV works perfectly for the little ones. Battery lasts a long time. Easy to use. My favorite features are the fast mode and slow mode. We placed it in the slow mode so he could learn how to ride slow before changing to the fast mode. I also like the details that were placed in this ATV. The cover over the fast mode makes it so he can’t go fast without us changing the speed for him. I wasn’t sure if he was old enough to ride this however he should us! He loves it and rides perfectly! We have used this ATV daily and are still 100% pleased with everything!

I got this for my son who’s turning 3, it’s a little big for him but it’s incredibly easy to steer and he was able to guide it down the sidewalk with ease. For small kids the powerwheels brand is the way to go, very reliable, electrical issues are incredibly rare, and from my experience very common with other brands. For older kids I would look at the razors, they’re also reliable and go much faster.

This was my son’s main Christmas gift and we were completely disappointed. This is NOT the same dependable Power Wheels I grew up with. The back wheel doesn’t stay on the axle. Called Fisher Price and they are sending additional washers to fix this. The 4 wheeler only works on slow speed (yes, we removed the piece so it can drive at the faster speed. It’s not the battery bc it’s still not working with the backup battery) We now have to take it 1.45 mins up the road to a service center for them to figure out what’s wrong. I wish we would have just spent the money on something else bc it’s been nothing but a headache so far.

Battery lasts about 45 min. After about 2 months the battery only lasted 10 minutes, I had to completely discharge it by lifting the wheel off the ground and setting something on the pedal, took about 4 hrs with no resistance. After that a full 14 hr charge and it’s back up to 45 minutes again.
Over all I would recommend thi and my 2yr old loves it!
